![]() In the process of updating my computer (MacBook Pro) to OS High Sierra, I deleted and re-installed SPSS 23. (I know it is technically not supported on High Sierra but I need to keep using version 23 for the time being until I can upgrade to 25). Note: You cannot run IBM SPSS Amos remotely via Windows Terminal Services or Citrix with anauthorized user license. ![]() This document is for users who are installing on their desktop computers. Now when SPSS loads, it will not let me open any files. The following instructions are for installing IBMSPSSAmos version 23 using the license typeauthorized user license. Yesterday I tried to run the License Authorization Wizard and got the following error: *End of job: 38 command lines 1 errors 0 warnings 1 CPU seconds* >There was an unanticipated problem with the license for this product. *Authorization failed.: You are not allowed to generate any more new licenses. So I contacted SPSS and they sent me a new authorization code. ![]() ![]() When I run the License Authorization Wizard and try this new code, it seems to work, saying “successfully processed all codes.” However, when I then try to run SPSS, I still get the “Error # 2072” message. And when I go back to the License Authorization Wizard, it still says “No licenses found for IBM SPSS Statistics” at the first screen (even after having run it with the new authorization code a few different times, each seeming to work). ![]()
